    Mindcurv Acquires initions to Boost its Growth in Cloud, Commerce, and Data

    Hamburg, 14 December 2021– Today, Mindcurv announced its fourth 2021 acquisition. Hamburg-based initions will join the digital transformation service provider. Mindcurv focuses on commerce platforms and cloud infrastructures. The company’s size doubled in 2021. With the integration of wysiwyg*, igniti, Cloud Consulting Group, and now initions, the team has grown with nearly 200 people. “We focus on sustainable growth, on growth that creates value for our customers by adding expertise and skills to our services,” says CEO Amjad Liaquat.

    With today’s acquisition of data & AI specialists initions, Mindcurv completes its e-commerce know-how. Initions’ deep data expertise expands its services to cover the entire Digital Customer Journey. Companies are moving to cloud-based solutions throughout their customer journey.
